Shipping/Return Policy

All products (excluding custom magnets) are shipped within 2-5 business days of processing if ordered with standard delivery. Note: Custom magnets generally require a 2-3 week lead time. Orders with custom magnets may take 2-3 weeks to ship. If ordered with faster delivery options, orders (except for orders with custom items) are shipped within 1 business day of processing. All orders placed before 3:00 PM ET M-F will be processed the same day.

Return Policy: Full refunds will be given within 30 days of shipment if customer is not fully satisfied. Custom Magnets can be refunded ONLY due to manufacturer error. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
